When Wulf (bass) moved to Oxford and met Pete (guitar, vocals), the confluence of musical interests suggested forming a band was in order and the congruence of names really only left one choice! Although now supplemented by Jill (fiddle), who rounds out the combo's sound, the name remains the same as does the mission; keeping old songs alive and occasionally singing one which doesn't involve death and misery!

You can catch Peter and the Wulf performing at various events around and beyond Oxford, including Foolish Folk at the Isis Farmhouse, on the towpath by Iffley Lock. That takes place on the last Friday of every other month, starting on 30 September 2011, and the group also host an informal folk session on the third Sunday evening of each month at the same venue.

Immediate download of 15-track album in your choice of 320k mp3, FLAC, or just about any other format you could possibly desire, including two bonus tracks not available individually. The first two tracks are available with no minimum price if you would like a sample of the tunes.
